We use DHL or Fedex for express shipping.
We endeavour to dispatch your items within 3 working day of placing your order by standard mail unless otherwise specified for pre-order items. Working days are considered to be Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays and national holidays. A dispatch advice will be sent by email when the order is dispatched containing an estimated delivery date. Any date given is an estimate only and could be affected by adverse weather conditions, the weight of the order or delayed by postal or Customs entry procedures among other causes.
Dispatch times may be slightly longer during busy sale periods.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of being shipped we will refund the full total of your order, unless you have refused to pay import duties in which case the order can not be refunded until the returns process has been activated.

You as the customer are responsible for paying any import taxes due in the country in which you are receiving on your order. Please note for USA you have 5 days to pay your import tariff or risk your goods being confiscated.
